In Tuškanac Cinema at 9pm you can see ‘sex&drugs&rock&roll’ – a biopic about Ian Dury with brilliant Andy Serkis in the leading role of the enfant terrible of the UK punk rock scene of the 1970s. The film is shown as part of the Great 5 program.
At 11pm in the same cinema, the last but one film of the Foreign, Yet Ours program will be shown: ‘Forecast’ by Bulgarian director Sofia Zornitsa, with Croatian actor Krešimir Mikić in the leading role. The plot includes amorous, political and ethnic intrigues taking place when tempers flare among a group of young friends.
The last but one film from the feature-length competition – ‘The Robber’, based on a true story about the (mis)deeds of an Austrian robber/marathon runner from the 1980s, called ‘Pump Gun Ronnie’ – can be seen in Europa Cinema tonight at 7.30pm (and also on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm). 'The Unloved' by Samantha Morton (the directing debut of this actress) screens at 10pm (and also on Saturday at 5pm).
