Synopsis
Francis (X. Dolan) and Mary (M. Chokri) are good friends. One night, they meet Nick (N. Schneider), a young man from the country who has just settled in Montreal. From encounter to encounter, from moment to moment, troubled by innumerable signs - some real, some imagined - Francis and Mary fall deeper and deeper into their fantastical obsession. Soon, they find themselves on the precipice of a love duel that threathens the friendship they once thought indestructible.

Directors Biography
Xavier Dolan, born 1989, is a Canadian actor and filmmaker. Formerly a child actor in films such as 'J'en suis!', 'Le Marchand de sable' and 'La Forteresse suspendue' and television series such as 'Omertà, la loi du silence', he attracted international attention when his first film as a director and screenwriter, 'J'ai tué ma mère', won three awards from the Director's Fortnight program at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival. In 2010. he directed his second feature film 'Heartbeats'. It premiered at the 63e Festival de Cannes.
