The two sisters Emma (28) and Iris (32) have to empty the old farm of their recently deceised mother. Because of their opposite character and different ways of mourning, they get into conﬂict with each other and drift apart. During this period of packing and letting go, it is the memory of their mother that eventually brings them closer together again.
Naäma Palfrey (1978, born in Israel) emigrated to Holland in 1982. She studied Film and Television at the University of Amsterdam in 1999. In 2000 she went to the private film school Open Studio, where she specialised in writing and directing. In 2002 she made her first short film‘Eskimokus’. In 2008 and 2009 she was assistant director for a television series and two feature films.
